Structure Fire - 22W505 Balsam

 

At 3:38 AM on November 15, 2009, the Lisle-Woodridge Fire District responded to a structure fire in a single family home located 22W505 Balsam Drive, Glen Ellyn. First units arrived on the scene and reported heavy smoke and fire showing in the garage area.

Residents were home at the time of the incident and all escaped without injury. There were no injuries to fire personnel either. The fire district responded with 29 personnel.

The alarm was struck out approximately forty minutes later. The fire is currently under investigation for cause and determination and Fire District Officials have not yet determined a dollar loss amount.
