To order one for your home or business
please click on this link to
download and print the application file and complete it. Make sure to
include the part number, shipping weight, shipping cost, and
Illinois tax. Return the completed form to our Fire Prevention
Office located at 3101 Woodridge Drive, Woodridge IL 60517; or
fax to 630 353 3098. With your application please include credit
card information or a check made out to: Knox Company.
We will
authorize the application and forward it to the Knox Company for
processing. They will mail your box to you for you to install
(we require Knox boxes to be mounted approximately five feet off
the ground near the front entrance). Once installed please
contact our Fire Prevention Office to have your keys locked
inside your new box.
